The AI ​​data center will be built on a 7,022 square meter site within the Smart Valley General Industrial Complex in Eumbong-myeon, Asan City. Construction is scheduled to begin in November and will last for 32 months, with test operations.

The initial investment of 150 billion won has been expanded to 320 billion won to meet the demand for high-performance AI data centers.

The city expects that once the data center is operational, it will significantly contribute to manufacturing innovation through convergence with key local industries such as automobiles, displays, and semiconductors, as well as the creation of quality jobs and revitalization of the local economy.
