Recruitment period: 2024.2.1. (Thursday) ~ 2.23. (Friday)
Recruitment process: 3 courses
Eligibility: Teams or groups of 5 or more people (maximum 8 people) with addresses or workplaces (schools) in Asan
※ Maximum number of people may vary depending on the program, such as smartphone editing training.
Training period: 2024.03.~2024.05.
Training time: 8 to 16 hours in consultation with the selected team or organization

Course content (curriculum)
- Basic theory of video production
- Basic shooting and editing using mobile devices
- Editing training via PC or mobile
- Education on video portrait rights and copyrights
※ The curriculum may be partially changed after consultation with the selected team or organization.
Selection method
① Application and reception
②-① Priority selection and lottery
- Prioritization of underprivileged groups in video media education (Saekkum youth, seniors over 65, disabled people, multicultural families, Mind Link, etc.)
- If there are more priority selection teams than recruitment courses, selection is made through lottery.
②-② General lottery
- Selection through lottery for the remaining courses except for the priority selection team in the recruitment process.
③ Confirm training schedule and location for selected teams and programs
- If the training schedule and location are not agreed upon, a redraw will be drawn from the team or organization that was not selected.
④ Class progress
- Attendance of more than 70% of members is required, and if this is not done, they will be excluded from the future visiting video class project in 2024.
- Submit one video per individual or team before completion of the course.

Checklist
- More than 70% of members must have an address or workplace (school) in Asan City.
- Use of training venue must be confirmed
- The lecture schedule is discussed after selection of recruitment training.
- The education selection team will be excluded from the priority/general lottery for the next round of recruitment.
※ Exception: Can be selected when recruitment for the curriculum is insufficient or when the training schedule is not agreed upon and additional lottery is difficult (education support up to 2 times a year)

모집과정: 3개 과정
신청자격: 아산에 주소나 직장(학교)을 둔 5인 이상 팀 또는 단체(최대 8명)
※ 스마트폰 편집 교육 등 프로그램에 따라 최대 인원 변동 가능
교육기간: 2024.03.~2024.05.
교육시간: 8시간~16시간 내 선정 팀 또는 단체와 협의
신청장소: 아산시 영상미디어센터, 아산시 영상미디어센터 누리집(홈페이지)
신청방법: 기간 내 누리집(홈페이지) 접수, 이메일, 우편 또는 직접 방문

강의내용(커리큘럼)
- 영상 제작 기초 이론
- 모바일을 이용한 기초 촬영·편집
- PC 혹은 모바일을 통한 편집 교육
- 영상 초상권과 저작권 관련 교육
※ 커리큘럼은 선정된 팀 또는 단체와 협의 후 일부 변경 가능
선정방식
① 신청 및 접수
②-① 우선순위 선정 및 추첨
- 영상미디어교육 소외 계층(새꿈청소년, 65세 이상 시니어, 장애인, 다문화 가정, 마인드 링크 등) 우선순위 선정
- 우선순위 선정 팀이 모집 교육과정보다 많은 경우 추첨을 통한 선정
②-② 일반 추첨
- 모집과정의 우선순위 선정 팀을 제외 한 나머지 과정에 대해 추첨을 통한 선정
③ 선정된 팀과 프로그램 교육 일정 및 장소 확정
- 교육일정과 장소가 협의 되지 않을 경우 선정되지 않은 팀 또는 단체에서 재추첨
④ 수업진행
- 구성원의 70%이상 출석하여야 하며, 미이행 시 2024년 향후 찾아가는 영상교실 사업에서 제외됨
- 수료 전까지 개인별 혹은 팀별 영상 1편 제출
추첨일자: 2024. 2. 26.(월) 예정
확인사항
- 구성원의 70% 이상이 아산시 주소 또는 직장(학교)을 두어야 함
- 교육 장소 사용이 확인되어야 함
- 강의 일정은 모집교육 선정 후 협의 함
- 교육 선정팀은 다음 차수 모집 시 우선순위/일반추첨에서 제외됨
※ 예외: 교육과정 모집 미달 시 또는 교육일정이 협의 되지 않고 추가 추첨이 어려운 경우 선정가능(1년 최대 2회차까지 교육지원)
