The Straw Festival 아산 외암마을 짚풀문화제

The Straw Festival takes place every October. Visitors to Oeam Village during this period can enjoy performances including traditional Korean music, as well as participate in a variety of traditional folk cultural experiences, including straw sandals, weaving, harvesting (rice harvesting), and workshops (making jangseung (Korean totem poles), kite-making, and more). Traditional funeral rites (funeral processions) and civil service examination reenactments are also featured.짚풀문화제는 매년 10월 중에 열리며 이 기간에 외암마을을 방문하면 국악을 비롯한 각종 공연 관람 및 짚풀(짚신, 이엉엮기 등), 추수(벼베기 등), 공방(장승만들기, 연만들기 등) 체험 등 다채로운 전통민속문화체험에 직접 참여할 수 있다. 또한 전통상례(상여행렬) 및 과거시험 재현 퍼포먼스도 진행된다. 주요프로그램
